Welcome to my website

I found early on, Mortgage Lending was not about the money I could make but about the first-time home buyers buying their first home, the move-up buyers needing more square footage due to a growing family, the empty nesters ready to downsize to a smaller home, and the homeowner who wants to refinance their home to improve their financial situation.

I have been in real estate in the Sacramento area since 1989. I joined Arrowhead Capital Mortgage as a loan officer in 1992 and joined West Coast Mortgage Group in 2011. I have many ties to the community because my family has lived in the Sacramento area since 1962. I am very involved in my local community and well-networked throughout the Sacramento/Placer County Area.

Fortunately, my relationship with my clients does not end when the transaction is over. Many of my clients have become my friends over the last 30+ years. For instance, yesterday a client whom I have known and worked with for 20 years emailed me and asked me if I would refer a good remodel contractor to her.

I have always put my family’s and clients’ needs first and given honest heartfelt advice. I love being in a business that allows me to keep in contact with so many friends.

In short, I am still able to help people and be honest with them about their home financing. I love my family, my work, and my community. Call me if you have any questions about home loans, or just need a referral to a trusted professional, I am here for you.
